Pastor Joe teaches that we all are designed by God with talents and gifts to be used to support the body of Christ. Your function in the body flows out of the way God formed you. Every believer is not a great prayer warrior, or a pastor but every believer is called into ministry. Service in the body of Christ is not optional for Christians, it’s a matter of obedience. There is a twofold biblical purpose for serving. We are to: glorify God and edify others.
How Can I Serve At Insoul?
Volunteering at Insoul is a matter of determining what you are passionate about and giving you the opportunity to serve. We encourage you to attend The Network Discovery Sessions/301. The sessions are offered every other month on the Insoul campus. These sessions encourages one to pursue their God –given calling and purpose in life. Each participant attending the Discovery Sessions will be asked to donate $10 to cover the actual cost of materials. Each Participant’s Guide contains all the assessments and notes they need their personal discovery process. You will gain a better understanding of your Spiritual gifts, Personal Style, and Ministry Passion.
Network Discovery is an 8 hour class broken up in increments of 2 hours. So you will attend a total of 4 classes taught once per week . After completing the sessions, you will be scheduled for an interview with a ministry coach who will help you identify your area of ministry based on your assessments.
